Return & Exchange Policy

At Apsaa Living, every product is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We truly hope you love your purchase as much as we loved creating it.

However, returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:

• A wrong product has been delivered

• The product has missing parts or accessories

• The product has been received in a physically damaged or broken condition

• The product has a genuine manufacturing defect

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products delivered in proper condition as per the order placed.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

• The product must be unused and unburnt

• The item must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories

• A valid proof of purchase/order confirmation must be provided

Customers are requested to share:

• Order number

• Clear photographs of the issue

• An unboxing video for verification purposes

Reverse Shipping Charges

Approved exchanges are subject to a flat reverse shipping and handling fee of ₹80.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and personal-use nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Used candles

• Burnt candles

• Wax sachets

• Customized or personalized products

• Gift boxes

• Opened fragrance products

Please note that minor variations in color, texture, frosting, finish, or fragrance intensity are natural characteristics of handmade candles and should not be considered defects.

Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds for returned products. Approved cases will be eligible for:

• Exchange
  OR

• Store credit, where applicable

Shipping

Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is securely packed for return shipping. Apsaa Living will not be responsible for damage occurring during reverse transit due to improper packaging.
