I am always drawn to candles which are aesthetically pleasing and carry a long lasting fragrance which just uplifts any space and any mood.

Back in the day, in one of my trips to Edinburgh, I was exploring the streets. In the heart of the town, amidst the cobbled streets and ancient architecture, I discovered the enchanting world of fragrant candles. I was very excited to find such a treasure and a dear friend of mine bestowed me with a gift of 2 fragrant candles and that ignited not just a flicker of light but a newfound passion within me. Little did I know that this simple gesture would lead me down a path illuminated by creativity, craftsmanship, and the soothing glow of candlelight.

The Spark of Inspiration: It was years after the Europe Trip and when life took many turns and with a deep desire to honour a memory, I thought of making one myself.  It all began with a single candle, infused with the essence of lavender that filled my room with a sense of tranquility and warmth. As I watched the flame dance and the fragrant aroma envelop me, I felt a deep connection to the creativity and magic of candle making. Inspired by this experience, I embarked on a journey to explore the craft myself, eager to unlock the secrets of creating my own aromatic treasures.

Embarking on the Journey: Armed with curiosity and a desire to learn, I delved into the world of candle making. I immersed myself in books, online courses, and workshops, absorbing knowledge about different wax types, fragrance oils, wicks, and pouring techniques and temperatures. Each step of the process revealed a new layer of complexity and beauty, as I discovered the alchemy of blending scents and the art of shaping wax into exquisite forms.
